The digital still equipment registered below is guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 5 years from date of purchase or we shall repair same to operate properly. This service contract may be purchased for New Products with at least ninety (90) days remaining on the original manufacturer’s warranty. You must register this service contract within thirty (30) days with Mack Camera by visiting us at our website www.mackcam.com or by calling us toll free at 1-800-252-MACK (6225) or 973-467-2291.

In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit www.mackcam.com and arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number. Please send your equipment, required documentation and a check for $10.00 to cover return shipping. For international inquiries please e-mail us at international@mackcam.com.

Mack Camera & Video Service Inc. is not responsible for international shipping and for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Customs clearance.

The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer’s defects). Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser, provided the equipment has not been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, sand, grit, impact, physically broken parts, or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. This limited service contract is transferable one time only for a $20.00 administrative fee. Mack Camera & Video Service reserves the right to terminate service contract if invoices are not paid within terms or are fraudulently altered by the dealer or service contract holder.

This limited service contract applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover LCD’s (covered for manufacturer’s defects), interchangeable lens, batteries, remote, power adapter, digital media, software, bent card reader pins, and additional accessories or other expenses of consequential damages.

Mack Camera & Video Service will not be liable for the loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. If the equipment cannot be restored to manufacturer’s specifications or is deemed by Mack Camera, in its sole discretion, to be beyond economic repair, or if the unit has been repaired 3 consecutive times for the same repair and it requires a 4th repair for the same problem, Mack may, at our discretion, replace your unit with a reconditioned model or equivalent model of like kind and quality or refund you the current market value of your covered equipment in U.S. Dollars. Any refund will be limited to the price you paid for the original product excluding taxes. If a replacement or refund is made under this contract there will no longer be coverage under this contract and all obligations are satisfied.

This service contract only covers a unit malfunction. This service contract does not cover In-warranty parts not provided or shipped by the manufacturer. Operational or mechanical failure covered by manufacturer’s warranty, manufacturer’s recall, improper construction, or factory bulletins, (regardless of whether or not the manufacturer is doing business as an ongoing enterprise).

This service contract is only valid if positive identification of the unit covered hereunder is presented at the time of service.

This service contract applies only to the product(s) specified herein.

A separate service contract is available for interchangeable lenses.
