This 3 year service contract starts from the date of purchase of your television/video projector.
This service contract must be purchased within thirty (30) days from the date the equipment hereunder is purchased. The equipment must also have a manufacturer’s warranty of at least 90 days. You must register this service contract within thirty (30) days with Mack Camera by visiting us at our website www.mackcam.com or by calling us toll free at 1-800-252-MACK (6225)
To obtain a replacement bulb or if you have any questions regarding the service of your unit please email localservice@mackcam.com or call our service contract department at 1-800-252-6225.
This service contract applies only to DLP, LCD, and Video Projectors and allows the owner 2 bulb replacements on an as needed basis only for the period of the service contract. The owner may be required to ship the malfunctioning bulb to Mack Camera & Video Service prior to shipment of a replacement bulb. The owner is responsible for any labor associated with the installation of the replacement bulb.
SERVICE CONTRACT MUST BE PRESENT FOR REPLACEMENT ALONG WITH A COPY OF THE SALES RECEIPT.
